We got a notice from Secretary by mail said that Richard will have asphalt company come to repair our long haul over due complain on #953, #949, #947.

I just have a gut feeling this is going to make it worse.

And they did a lousy job. 

First , it is not smoothly correct.
Sencod, it was not scraped at the right direction.
Third, it may cause more wanter soak into the ground due to the thinner layer of the asphale.
4th, it is just a really low quality, terrible job witch devalue our so call "luxuory th" .

It's worse than just the oringinal poor job.
